Indications:

Rhinofebral is an analgesic, antipyretic and antihistamine drug inhibiting H1 receptors of the nervous and respiratory systems. It is indicated for the treatment of colds, rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis and flu-like conditions, with symptoms including clear nasal discharge, watery eyes, sneezing, headache and fever.

Description:

Its formula consists of paracetamol, 500 mg, 4 mg of chlorphenamine maleate and 100 mg ofascorbic acid (Vitamin C) per sachet, with sucrose, colloidal anhydrous silica, Gesweet, honey verbena and lemon flavours, and a honey colouring (E510) as excipients.

It is presented in the form of a sachet to be diluted in water

What is the dosage for Rhinofebral?

This medicine is reserved for adults and adolescents over 15 years of age. It is generally indicated to take 1 sachet per day, a dose that may be repeated after a minimum of 4 hours, without ever exceeding 4 sachets per day. In the case of renal insufficiency, the frequency should be adjusted to 8 hours instead of 4.
By mouth, simply dissolve the contents of the sachet in a large glass of water, preferably 1/4 hour before meals. Because of its sedative properties, it is recommended that Rhinofebral be taken in the evening.

The duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days. If the symptoms persist, consult your doctor

Precautions for use :

Rhinofebral is strongly discouraged in case of allergies to any of its components, renal insufficiency, pathologies related to iron retention, liver dysfunction, sensitivity to glaucoma or prostatic disorders.
In case of pregnancy or planning, medical advice is advised. On the other hand, its consumption is not indicated in the event of breast feeding.
