Detox: Take 1 capsule with a large glass of water, at breakfast in combination with 1 stick of plant extracts to be diluted in a large glass of water, at lunch or dinner.
Weight Loss: Take 1 white capsule with a glass of water, in the morning at breakfast and 2 clear capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner with 1 to 2 glasses of water.
Flat stomach: Take one white capsule with a glass of water at breakfast. Then, in the evening, take
1 clear capsule with a glass of water during dinner.
Side effects and contraindications
