Indications
Doliprane Caps 1000 mg is an analgesic and antipyretic to relieve fever and/or pain including headaches, painful menstruation, aches and pains in the teeth.
This medicine is also used in case of flu.
Method and route of administration
Doliprane Caps 1000 mg is used orally.
You can swallow the capsules as they are with a drink (water, fruit juice, milk...).
Dosage
Be careful! One capsule of Doliprane Tabs 1000 mg contains 1000 mg of paracetamol. Never take 2 capsules at the same time.
This presentation is reserved for adults and children weighing more than 50 kg (about 15 years).
For adults and children weighing more than 50 kg, the usual dose is 1 capsule per dose, to be repeated if necessary after at least 4 hours.
Be careful not to exceed 3 capsules per day, i.e. 3 grams of paracetamol. This dose may be increased if necessary, but only on the advice of your doctor.
Precautions for use
Doliprane Caps 1000 mg should not be used if:
- You are allergic to paracetamol or to any other component of the medicine.
- You have severe liver or kidney disease.
- You weigh less than 50 kg.
- You drink frequently or have recently stopped drinking frequently.
- You are dehydrated.
- You are chronically malnourished or fasting.

Composition
Active substance: Paracetamol: 1000 mg for 1 capsule.
Other ingredients: Povidone, pregelatinised starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), talc, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, gelatine, titanium dioxide (E171), yellow iron oxide (E172).
