Diovenor 600 mg is a venotonic (it increases the tone of the venous walls) and a vasculoprotector (it increases the resistance of small blood vessels).


It is recommended in :

  • venous circulation disorders (heavy legs, pain, painful sensations known as impatience at bedtime)
  • haemorrhoidal crisis.

The active substance is:

Diosmin (amount expressed as pure anhydrous diosmin) ................. 600 mg

For one film-coated tablet.

The other components are : Talc, anhydrous colloidal hydrophobic silica, micronised stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose.
Film coating: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, macrogol 400 stearate, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, cochineal red aluminium lake A, black iron oxide, red iron oxide, carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac, 95° ethyl alcohol.

Dosage

Circulation disorders: 1 tablet per day, in the morning before breakfast.

Hemorrhoids: 2 to 3 tablets per day at mealtime.

  • This medicine is most effective when used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle.
  • Avoid exposure to the sun, heat, prolonged standing, and excess weight. Walking and, possibly, wearing suitable stockings will improve blood circulation.
  • This medicine contains 4140 mg of fructose per dosage unit.
  • This medicine contains an azoic agent, cochineal red A, and may cause allergic reactions.
