As soon as the diet is diversified.

As a 1-month program.

Repeat several times a year if necessary.

Also suitable for adults over 15.

Before age 5: 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day, after meals.

After 5 years: 2 teaspoons 1-2 times a day, after meals.
