The HUMER Chest Balm is a respiratory balm based on essential oils (lavender, peppermint, scots pine, clove) with relaxing aromatic scents, which will promote respiratory well-being and sleep, and will also moisturize and soothe the skin while providing a soothing massage. A balm to be used in massage on the chest and the back.

Directions for use Humer Chest Balm 30 ml

Apply Humer chest balm in a thin layer on the back and/or chest, twice a day, preferably in the evening. For external use only. Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor by children under 3 years old.
