Description:

Gynefam breastfeeding capsules are a food supplement rich in 12 vitamins, taurine and 6 minerals (including iodine).

More precisely, taking 2 capsules provides the totality of the reference intake in vitamin C, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, A and D.

While vitamins C, B9 and B12 contribute to normal psychological functions and reduce maternal fatigue, vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and to the normal functioning of the immune system.

DHA (or docosahexaenoic acid), selenium and iodine are also complementary to the nutrients physiologically present in breast milk.

Directions for use :

Take 2 capsules per day.
