Tips for using Pelvi' Tonic :

Use alone:
Simply wearing the device during daily activities allows you to work on strengthening the perineum, particularly its tone, without thinking about it.

Use in conjunction with exercises:
Wearing the Saforelle PELVI' TONIC in conjunction with KEGEL-type rehabilitation exercises will quickly and effectively optimise results.

Indeed, the perineum will be more stimulated thanks to the reflex contractions induced by the device and the voluntary contractions triggered by the KEGEL exercises to strengthen the perineum.

During the first 2 weeks:
20mn per day respecting a recovery time of 48h to 72h between each session.

Then in a maximum of 30mn to 50mn per day until significant reduction of urinary leaks or until obtaining the desired tone.

As with any sporting activity, it is necessary to respect a recovery time between sessions.

After childbirth until the cervix is completely closed

In case of perineal hypertonia

If you are under 18 years old.

If the product is damaged or if there are scratches or cuts on the surface of the product due to improper handling.
