Description:

Each tablet contains 0.4 mg of folic acid, and the excipients are microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, magnesium trisilicate, magnesium sterarte, and colloidal anhydrous silica.

DOSAGE OF CCD FOLIC ACID 0.4 MG

The dosage of CCD Folic Acid 0.4 mg is 1 tablet per day (oral).

The treatment should start 4 weeks before conception and continue for 8 weeks after conception.

You must take this medicine exactly as your doctor has instructed.

PRECAUTIONS WITH CCD 0.4 MG FOLIC ACID

You should never use CCD Folic Acid 0.4 mg if you are allergic to any of the components of this medicine.

If you are being treated with drugs containing phenobarbital, phenytoin or primidone, you must tell your doctor. Indeed, folates can reduce the plasma concentrations of anticonvulsants, a dosage adjustment may be necessary.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should seek medical advice before taking any medication.
