Instructions for use:
To apply to a cleaned, disinfected then rinsed and dried skin. After the use of an antiseptic rinse with physiological serum. Dry the wound and its surroundings carefully before applying Urgosyval. The plaster can be easily torn to adapt the length of the tape to the use. Urgosyval is designed to stick to healthy skin. Do not apply the plaster directly to damaged skin or mucous membranes.
Remove gently and renew on average every 24 hours, or as prescribed.
Precaution of use/contra-indications:
The concomitant presence of grease, moisture or hair may impair adhesion. To avoid any risk of irritation and delayed healing, do not exceed two applications per day. Urgosyval is not suitable for fixation/holding of moist material or probes (hematology, intensive care, incubators). When applying, do not create tension on the skin or the plaster (risk of irritation, tourniquet effect). To maintain optimal healing conditions, renew the plaster if it is wet. Renew in case of loss of adhesion. Do not use Urgosyval for more than 30 consecutive days. Do not sterilize or treat Urgosyval before use.
Adverse reactions:
This plaster may cause skin reactions such as redness, irritation, dermatitis or pain on removal, especially on dry or damaged skin. In case of local reaction or itching, stop using the product and consult your health care professional. To minimize the risk of infection or skin reactions, follow the directions for use carefully.
Do not reuse a used plaster.
Do not apply to eyes or mucous membranes.
Do not use after the expiration date.
Do not use a damaged product.
