During the summer or when spending time outdoors, insect bites can cause intense itching and transmit diseases (dengue, chikungunya, Lyme disease).
The Apaisyl Sensitive Skin Mosquito Repellent Spray combines high repellent effectiveness with optimal skin tolerance. Enriched with Icaridin, an active ingredient recommended by health authorities, it immediately repels biting insects without irritating the skin. Formulated without alcohol or fragrance, this mosquito repellent is ideal for the whole family, including toddlers as young as one year old.
This biocidal repellent is recommended for:
- Children aged 12 months to 12 years: Once daily.
- Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 applications per day.
Icaridin is a latest-generation repellent active ingredient recommended by the WHO. It offers effectiveness equivalent to DEET against tiger mosquitoes and ticks, but is much gentler on the skin, does not damage plastics, and is suitable for sensitive skin starting at 12 months of age.
Yes. In this case, always apply the sunscreen first, wait about 20 minutes for it to be fully absorbed into the skin, then apply the Apaisyl mosquito repellent emulsion on top.
Absolutely. The Icaridin-based formula is highly effective at repelling the tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus), a potential vector for viruses such as dengue, Zika, and chikungunya.
