INSTRUCTIONS MICROWAVE OVEN (1200W)
1. Make sure the pouch is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the pouch flat in the microwave oven. Based on a 1200W microwave oven, heat at full power for 20 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pouch from the microwave and check that the desired temperature corresponds to your comfort level. If necessary, add 5 seconds, but do not exceed a total of 30 seconds. 4. Knead to distribute heat. Apply to closed eyes or temples. If too hot, allow to cool before reuse.
FREEZER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place bag in freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Test temperature before use. Apply to eyes or temples to relieve puffiness, dark circles or pain. Do not apply for more than 20 consecutive minutes.

DO NOT REHEAT THE BAG MORE THAN TWICE WITHIN ONE HOUR. If further heat treatment is required, wait a full hour before reheating the pouch. EXCESSIVE HEATING MAY CAUSE THE POUCH TO BURST, LEAK OR BURN. Always use a clean microwave oven, free from food particles. Do not apply hot or cold for more than 20 consecutive minutes.
