Instructions for use Therm Cool & Hot Ball Pocket Knee Hot/Cold Bausch&Lomb

For hot use: Make sure the pouch is at room temperature. Place it flat in the microwave (1200W) and heat for 70 seconds. Check the temperature - it will continue to rise slightly. If necessary, heat for a further 10 seconds maximum (do not exceed 90 seconds total). Knead well to distribute heat evenly. Apply to affected area if temperature is acceptable.

For cold use: Place the pouch in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Test temperature before application. Monitor skin regularly to avoid frostbite.
