Ingredients

(INCI) : Aqua, Alcohol, Maris Sal, Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf, Thymus Vulgaris Leaf Extract, Urtica Dioica Extract, Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Propolis Extract, Pinus Montana Extract, Xanthan Gum, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Citric Acid, Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf/stem Oil.

Directions for use

Adults :

spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril, 3 to 4 times a day

Children over 12 years: spray once in each nostril, twice a day.
