To open tube: twist and remove cap. Pierce the sealed tube with the top of the cap. Press firmly on the tube to release all the contents, which will correspond to the correct dose (about a hazelnut of gel).
Apply the contents of one tube to the glans penis. If you're not circumcised, gently pull your foreskin back as far as possible before applying the gel.
