1 capsule per day for adults, to be swallowed at mealtime. It is possible to open the capsule to incorporate the powder in the food.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Thickeners : Microcrystalline cellulose, Bulking agents: Maltodextrin. Lactobacillus Acidophillus, Bifidocbacterium Lactis. Anti-caking agent: Silica Dioxide (nano), Magnesium Sterate.
