Qualitative and quantitative composition

Composition Ascatryl trio dogs (one scored tablet):
Praziquantel: 50 mg
Pyrantel: 50 mg
Febantel: 150 mg
Excipient q.s.p. 660 mg.

Pharmacological properties

Dewormer active on all worms: against roundworms (including whipworms) and tapeworms of dogs in a single dose.

Therapeutic indications

In polyparasitic dogs, curative treatment of infestations by the following parasites:
- Adult and immature gastrointestinal nematodes: Trichuris vulpi, Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala.
- Adult and immature cestodes: Taenia spp, Dipylidium caninum.

Dosage and method of administration

Route of administration: oral. Administer 1 tablet per 10 kg in a single dose.

Contraindications, use in case of pregnancy

Do not administer to pregnant bitches during the first 4 weeks of pregnancy.

Drug and other interactions, incompatibilities

Do not administer simultaneously with any other dewormer containing piperazine as active ingredient.

Overdose

After administration of more than 5 times the prescribed therapeutic dose, decreased appetite, vomiting and transient diarrhea may occur.
