The nose is the first line of defence against external aggression. It constantly secretes mucus to protect itself. When it comes into contact with cold viruses, the nasal mucosa overproduces secretions loaded with antibodies in order to neutralize its aggressors: the nose runs. If the viruses trapped in the mucus are not evacuated, the mucous membrane develops an inflammatory reaction and swells, preventing air from entering:the nose becomes blocked.

Blocked nose in case of a cold:
Adult: 1 spray in each nostril up to 6 times a day
Child 6 to 15 years old : 1 spray in each nostril up to 4 times a day

Use within 6 months of first use.
  1. Shake bottle before use
  2. Tilt the bottle slightly, apply firm pressure for one second and repeat until the first spray is obtained.
  3. Hold the bottle upright and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping your head upright.
  4. Apply short, firm pressure.
  5. Leave it on for a few seconds.
  6. Repeat the operation in the other nostril.
  7. Blow your nose.
  8. Rinse the nozzle under warm water after each use.
