Directions for Use: Spasmine for Nervousness and Sleep Disorders, 60 tablets

Oral use. FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS OF AGE ONLY.

- Nervousness:

. Adults: 1 or 2 tablets, one to three times a day.

. Children: 1 tablet, one to three times a day.

- Sleep Disorders:

. Adults: 2 to 4 tablets, in the evening.

. Children: 1 or 2 tablets, in the evening. 

Contraindications

FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS OF AGE ONLY.

- This medication is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.

- Due to the presence of lactose and sucrose, this medication is contraindicated in cases of congenital galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, or lactase deficiency.

Precautions

WARNINGS:

Due to the presence of lactose and sucrose, this medication is contraindicated in patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, or lactase deficiency.

PRECAUTIONS:

- Pregnancy: There are no reliable data on teratogenicity in animals. Clinically, no specific teratogenic or fetotoxic effects have been observed to date. However, there is insufficient follow-up data on exposed pregnancies to rule out any risk. Consequently, as a precaution, it is preferable not to use this medication during pregnancy.

- Breastfeeding: Due to the lack of data on the excretion of this medication into breast milk, its use should be avoided during breastfeeding. 

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Pregnancy:

There are no reliable data on teratogenicity in animals.

To date, no specific teratogenic or fetotoxic effects have been observed in clinical practice.

However, follow-up of exposed pregnancies is insufficient to rule out any risk.

Consequently, as a precaution, it is best not to use this medication during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding:

Due to the lack of data on whether this medication passes into breast milk, its use should be avoided while breastfeeding.
