Dosage of Oligostim Zinc :

Oligostim Zinc comes in the form of sublingual tablets, to be taken orally and allowed to melt under the tongue. The tablets should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or away from meals

Contraindications of Oligostim Zinc:

People with Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome or galactose intolerance should not take this medication.
If your doctor thinks you have an intolerance to certain sugars, contact him or her before taking Oligostim Zinc.
