Guarana is a fast-growing shrub, native to Brazil and other Amazonian countries. The name of the plant comes from the Guarani, the Amazonian Amerindians who traditionally used it.
Rhodiola is a very resistant plant that grows up to 4,000 meters in altitude. It grows in cold regions of the world such as the Arctic, in the high mountains of Europe or in Central Asia and North America. It is the rhizome which concentrates the interesting compounds.
1 to 2 tablets per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
Duration of supplementation: 10 to 20 days.
Conservation : in a cool and dry place.
