  • Melatonin, naturally secreted by the body, helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
  • The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. Melatonin is naturally secreted by the body in response to the absence of light; it is what creates the sensation of sleep and allows you to fall asleep more quickly.

1 sachet infused in 200 ml of hot water. Always use just boiled water and place the sachet first before pouring the water
