If you think the effect of CICLOPIROX OLAMINE SANDOZ 1% cream is too strong or too weak, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

For external use only.

Skin mycoses: 2 applications daily for approximately 21 days.

Nail fungus: application of the cream for several months.

Light to moderate seborrheic dermatitis of the face:

- attack treatment (2 to 4 weeks): 2 applications per day,

- beyond that, as a maintenance treatment: 1 application per day for 28 days.

Ciclopiroxolamine

Contraindications:

- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to ciclopirox olamine or to any of the other components contained in this medicine, mentioned in section 6.

- tell your doctor if you are pregnant,

- do not apply this medicine near the eyes,

- do not swallow.

Do not apply this medicine near the eye area.

Candidiasis: It is not recommended to use soap with an acidic pH (pH favorable to the multiplication of candida).

This medicine contains stearyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol and may cause local skin reactions (for example: eczema)
