Active substance: Xylene

Excipients: Almond oil, Lavender oil, Tocopherol acetate

This medicine should not be used in case of perforation of the eardrum.

Warm the bottle between the hands before use to limit the unpleasant sensation associated with the introduction of a cold liquid into the ear.

Tilt the head to the side and insert the solution into the ear. Keep your head in this position for 10 minutes (ear bath).

Use about ten drops for each ear bath.

Soft plugs: after ear bathing, remove the earwax with an ear bulb containing warm water.
Hard plugs: the earwax deposits harden after a few months, and their removal usually has to be done by a doctor. Dissolving the plug with this solution beforehand will make removal easier and less painful. Ideally, an ear bath should be performed three times a day for three days prior to the consultation. The excess solution can be removed after 10 minutes by bending your head over a piece of cotton wool, for example. It is normal to feel a sensation of blocked ear, as there is often some solution left between the earwax and the eardrum.
