The combination of this drug with other antiseptics is not recommended as their effects may cancel each other out.
Fertility, pregnancy and lactation
This medicine can be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding:
In breastfeeding women, the application of this antiseptic on the nipple is not recommended without medical advice.
Directions for use and dosage of EOSINE COOPER
The solution is applied undiluted, using a compress or by pouring it directly on the lesion.
Usual dosage :
1 or 2 applications per day.
Advice
Simply washing with soap and water eliminates most germs; it must be followed by a careful rinsing because soap can inactivate certain antiseptics.
The redness of the baby 's bottom is often due to the impregnation of the skin by urine, under the diaper. It is therefore necessary to clean and rinse the skin thoroughly with water before applying the medication.
The stains caused by this coloured product on the linen disappear after several washes.
All antiseptics can be contaminated with germs: once opened, the single dose should not be kept for more than 48 hours.
