Formag is composed of
- magnesium, especially under the specific form Hypro-ri® mag extracted from the Dead Sea (known for its high concentration of mineral salts) which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to reduce fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.
- vitamin B6 which helps to reduce fatigue,
- taurine
Magnesium is a mineral that is present in almost all of our cells as well as in many foods (chocolate, dried fruits, seafood...). The SU.VI.MAX study (SUpplementation en VItamines et Minéraux Anti-oXydants) has shown that 7 out of 10 French people lack magnesium, despite a balanced diet. A supplementation may therefore be necessary to cover the needs.
Anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, magnesium stearate and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, marine magnesium oxide, rice protein hydrolysate, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, taurine, coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and stearic acid, vitamin B6.
1 to 2 tablets per day to be swallowed with a glass of water.

- Box of 90 tablets: 45 to 90 days
