GYNÉFAM® SUPRA CONTAINS

  • Vitamin B9 (or folic acid/folates): in an innovative form, Quatrefolic®. Quatrefolic® is the biologically active form of folic acid and allows adequate folate supplementation for more women. Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status increases the risk of neural tube defects in the developing fetus. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 400 μg of folic acid daily, one month before and up to three months after conception.
  • Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is involved in normal energy metabolism, the combination of vitamin B12 and vitamin B9, contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
  • Vitamin D: Gynéfam® SUPRA provides the daily dose of vitamin D recommended by the National Academy of Medicine, i.e. 800 IU/d from the beginning of pregnancy.
  • Iodine : Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to the normal functioning of the thyroid. Gynéfam® SUPRA provides the daily dose of iodine recommended by the ANSES for pregnant women, i.e. 200µg from the beginning of pregnancy.
  • Gynéfam® SUPRA is a food supplement to be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take more than one capsule per day.
  • Take Gynéfam® SUPRA before the expiry date indicated on the box.
  • The simultaneous consumption of this food supplement and several products rich in iodine and/or vitamin D is not recommended.
  • The iron provided by Gynéfam® SUPRA is added to other food sources. Consult your doctor or your midwife about the dose of iron adapted to your situation.
  • In case of thyroid abnormality, consult your doctor first.
  • Avoid in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients. Gynéfam® SUPRA capsules contain the following allergen: fish oil.
