Directions for use and dosage of OLIGOSOL MANGANESE-CUIVRE
The solution is taken sublingually preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or possibly 15 minutes before a meal or in the evening at bedtime: keep the contents of the ampoule under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing.
