titrated to 2.2% of Vitexin 150 mg

Dry extract of Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis)

with 0.4% Valerenic Acids 100 mg

Dried extract of aerial parts of California poppy

titrated to 0.2% Alkaloids 100 mg

Melatonin 1,9 mg

Directions for use: Take 1 tablet per day, to be swallowed 30 minutes before bedtime.
