Moxydar 30 tablets for drinkable suspension is a symptomatic treatment for pain associated with oeso-gastro-duodenal disorders. Symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Directions for use Moxydar 30 tablets for drinkable suspension
Take by mouth. Place tablet in a glass of water.
Once the tablet has disintegrated completely, shake the suspension for a few moments, then swallow. If necessary, rinse the glass with a little water and swallow again.
- Symptomatic treatment of pain associated with oeso-gastro-duodenal disorders
One tablet at the time of painful attacks, not to exceed 4 doses per day.
- Symptomatic treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease
- In the attack period: 1 tablet 1 hour after each of 3 meals, and an additional tablet in case of pain for 4 to 6 weeks;
- Maintenance treatment: 1 tablet at the time of pain.

Contraindications:
Magnesium-related: severe renal insufficiency. Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or to any of the excipients listed in the Composition section.
Precautions for use
In patients with renal insufficiency or chronic dialysis, take into account the aluminum content (risk of encephalopathy).
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
There are no reliable data on teratogenesis in animals. Clinically, there are currently no sufficiently relevant data to assess a possible malformative or fetotoxic effect of aluminum or magnesium hydroxides when administered during pregnancy. In view of its low absorption, this drug should be used during pregnancy only if necessary.
Please note the presence of aluminum and magnesium ions, which may affect transit:
- aluminum salts may cause constipation in addition to the classic constipation associated with pregnancy;
- magnesium salts can cause diarrhea. Try to limit the daily dose and, if possible, the duration of use.
Effects on ability to drive and use machines :
MOXYDAR has no or negligible effect on the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.
Composition Moxydar 30 tablets for oral suspension
Tablet for drinkable suspension (white, diameter 20 mm): Hydrated aluminum oxide 500 mg, Magnesium hydroxide 500 mg, Hydrated aluminum phosphate 300 mg, Coated guar gum 200 mg, i.e. Guar gum 198.2 mg.
Excipients : Sodium cyclamate, Sodium saccharin, Magnesium stearate, Mint flavour (deterpenated mint essential oil, atomized mint essential oil on acacia gum carrier), Simethicone, Sorbitan oleate, Polysorbate 80, qsp 1 tablet for drinkable suspension.
