Homeopathic medicine traditionally used in minor sleep disorders related to nervousness (emotionality, stress) and anxiety states.

Directions for use Lehning L72 Complex Minor Sleep Disorders 100 tablets

For adults and children over 30 months.

Adults: 2 tablets at noon, before dinner and at bedtime. Duration of treatment 2 weeks.

If you do not feel any improvement after 2 weeks of treatment or if the symptoms worsen, consult your doctor to determine if you should continue the treatment.

Sublingual route. Let the tablet melt under the tongue.

To be taken preferably outside meals.

Children on medical advice

Children from 30 months to 12 years: Oral. 1 tablet at noon, before dinner and at bedtime, for a maximum of 10 days.

Children from 30 months to 6 years: dissolve the tablet in a little water before taking it because of the risk of false route.

Composition

orodispersible tablet : Asa foetida 6 DH 3,75 mg, Avena sativa TM 3,75 mg, Chamomilla vulgaris 3 DH 3,75 mg, Cicuta virosa 6 DH 3,75 mg, Hyoscyamus niger 1 DH 3,75 mg, Ignatia amara 3 DH 3,75 mg, Nux vomica 3 DH 3,75 mg, Staphysagria 4 DH 3,75 mg, Sumbulus moschatus 6 DH 3,75 mg, Valeriana officinalis 2 DH 3,75 mg.

Excipients : Mannitol (E 421), Lactose, Croscarmellose sodium, Natural orange flavour, Mandarin flavour (natural), Magnesium stearate, qsp 1 orodispersible tablet.

Notable excipient : lactose. One tablet contains 127.36 mg of lactose
