Directions for use and dosage of L 72

The drops should be diluted in a little water and kept for a few seconds under the tongue.

Usual dosage:

Sleep disorders:

  • Adult: 30 drops before dinner and 60 drops at bedtime.

  • Children from 2 to 15 years old: 8 to 15 drops before dinner and 15 to 30 drops at bedtime.

Nervousness:

  • Adult: 30 drops, 3 times a day.

  • Children from 2 to 15 years old: 8 to 15 drops, 3 times a day, depending on age.
