80% ethyl alcohol, water, peppermint essential oil (Menthae piperitae) (1.32%, or an average of 0.01 ml per 18 drops).

1 to 3 drops on a sugar cube, in a glass of water, in herbal teas, or in hot drinks, up to 6 times a day, any time of year.
