The gentle cleansing action of Bioderma's Créaline Foaming Gel is largely due to the coco-glucoside contained in the formula. This surfactant is non-ionic and entirely of natural origin. Coco-glucoside produces a light foam on contact with water, which is particularly gentle on the skin. This foam is very well tolerated, even by sensitive skin. Bioderma's Créaline foaming gel also contains glyceryl oleate, an emulsifier extracted from various plant oils. Its remarkable properties enable it to soften the epidermis and make it more supple, for incomparable comfort.
Sensitive skin often has difficulty with conventional soap and water cleansing. It is even recommended to avoid soap altogether if you suffer from dryness, tightness or redness.
