Bion 3 Multi & Omega 3 30+30 capsules is a dietary supplement containing probiotics, vitamins, minerals and omega 3 (EPA and DHA) to support cardiovascular health, cognitive function and normal vision.
Omega-3 intake is necessary because the body is unable to synthesize them. EPA and DHA are essential polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids that support the heart, brain and vision. The beneficial effect on the heart is obtained by consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily. The beneficial effect on the brain and vision is obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA daily. These omega-3s come from fish oil.
Vitamins B2, B3 and B8 contribute to the normal maintenance of mucous membranes, particularly the intestinal tract. The intestine is at the heart of the digestive process, where essential nutrients are absorbed.

Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day with a glass of cold water, with or without a meal.
