This herbal dietary supplement is made up of 13 active ingredients to help you cope with winter. It provides a dual action both day and night, thanks to two tablets with active ingredients adapted to each phase of the day.

Day tablets

The daytime tablet contains Elderberry, which supports the body's natural defense system, particularly when the body is under strain as it is during winter, and facilitates breathing. Ashwagandha helps maintain optimal energy and vitality, while Thyme is used for its soothing properties for the throat and respiratory tract.

Night tablets

The Night tablet is composed of Poppy, traditionally recognized for its natural sleep and relaxation properties, and Chamomile, to help soothe everyday headaches. Finally, it contains Pine, traditionally recognized for its beneficial properties on the respiratory tract.

The formulas also contain Vitamin C and Zinc, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, as well as other active ingredients including propolis and seawater.

How to use Actirub Coups de Froid 24h 15 tablets

Take one tablet in the morning, a second tablet at lunchtime and a night tablet at bedtime with a large glass of water.

Precautions for use :

This product is not a medicine and cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle;

Not recommended: for pregnant or breast-feeding women, for children under 18, in case of previous convulsions, in case of biliary obstruction, ulcer or inflammation of the digestive tract, in case of known cross-allergy to Eucalyptus, 1,8 cineole or plants of the Lamiaceae family;

In case of other biliary disorders, do not use this dietary supplement;

For adults only;

Consult a health care practitioner before use, particularly in case of anti-epileptic treatment;

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, or one month's intake;

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; dried ashwagandha root extract (withania somnifera) anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate; dried thyme leaf extract (thymus vulgaris), dried elderberry fruit extract (sambucus nigra); anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); N-acetyl-L-cysteine; sea water; dried propolis extract; anti-caking agent: talc; essential oil of eucalyptus (eucalyptus globulus) leaves and stems; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

Night formula:

Dry extract of rosemary leaves (rosmarinus officinalis); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; dry extract of poppy flowers (papaver rhoeas L.); dry extract of feverfew aerial parts (tanacetum parthenium); dry extract of pine buds (pinus sylvestris L.); anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate; N-acetyl-L-cysteine, sea water; dried propolis extract; anti-caking agent: talc; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, rice starch, fatty acids, hydroxypropylcellulose, dicalcium phosphate, indigo carmine; zinc (zinc oxide); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate
