Directions for use : Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, to be swallowed with a large glass of water. We recommend taking the supplement for 3 weeks.
Legal warnings: Not recommended for people taking antidepressants of the serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor class, antidiabetics or any other medication.
