The Freestyle Papillon Easy blood glucose test electrodes are a self-monitoring device that makes blood sampling even easier and faster than test strips. They are designed for use with capillary blood drawn from the arm, forearm, base of the thumb, thigh, calf, or finger. 

In fact, the electrodes are generally faster and smaller than test strips, so they require less blood to measure blood glucose levels. These FreeStyle Papillon Easy electrodes are compatible with blood glucose meters in the FreeStyle line: FreeStyle Papillon, FreeStyle Papillon Lite, FreeStyle Papillon Mini, FreeStyle Papillon Vision, and FreeStyle Papillon InsuLinx.

FreeStyle Papillon Easy blood glucose test strips are for single use only. Reusing them will result in inaccurate readings.

Health authorities (HAS) recommend monitoring blood glucose levels at least 4 times a day for type 1 diabetes. For type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes, the frequency varies. Test before a meal and two hours after for type 2 diabetes, and test while fasting and two hours after a meal for gestational diabetes.

Instructions for Use: FreeStyle Papillon Easy 100 Test Strips

- Insert an electrode into the blood glucose meter

- Use a lancing device to draw a small drop of blood.

- Allow the drop of blood to be drawn into the test strip and wait for the result.
