The Therapearl joint compress is made of gel beads, and bases its effectiveness on the treatment of various ailments by heat or cold, commonly known as thermotherapy.
In the form of a sleeve, it targets its action at the three main points of rotation: the ankle, wrist and elbow.

It allows to relieve various pains by the cold, in case of sprain, oedema, carpal tunnel syndrome, tear, blow, or haematoma, because the latter brings an anaesthetic effect.
The heat, as for it, is penetrating and relaxing. It will relievemuscular pains such as contractures, aches, while tendonitis and arthritis can be soothed by heat and cold.
Very practical and not very cumbersome, the Therapearl joint compress can easily be carried everywhere with you, for more practicality. It is reusable and therefore economical. The gel beads that compose it allow a better anatomical adjustment in addition to a massaging effect contrary to the classic thermal cushions.

Thermotherapy allows to relieve various pains without having to resort to drugs, and brings few side effects. Cold has vasoconstrictor properties (reduction of the veins' calibre), thus reducing oedemas and providing an analgesic effect.
Heat, on the other hand, is vasodilatory (dilation of the veins), causing an influx of blood to the area affected by the pain. It offers a feeling of well-being and relaxation.

Use :

  • Cold: Put the sleeve in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  • Hot: Put the sleeve in the microwave for the time and temperature indicated.

Maintenance:

  • The application of the sleeve should not exceed 20 minutes.
  • Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying.
  • If necessary, reapply the sleeve for 20 minutes.


Precautions for use:

  • Always test the temperature before applying the sleeve to yourself
  • Too high a temperature or prolonged application may result in burns.
  • Consult your doctor before using the product if you have irritated, damaged, very sensitive or insensitive skin.
  • Do not pierce.
  • Do not use this sleeve on infants.
  • Use the product under adult supervision if applied to a child.
  • Heating beyond the recommended time may damage the sleeve.
