This Exper' Pharmaceutical 1 ml kit has been designed for risk reduction among injecting drug users and to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases.
It contains the necessary equipment to perform 2 injections while reducing the risks.
Injecting drug users are particularly exposed to the risk of various types of contamination, notably by HIV or the hepatitis B or C virus, due to the sharing of syringes and the lack of hygiene when using the products. In addition, some of these products contain insoluble particles that can cause lung, heart, kidney or eye complications once they enter the bloodstream.
To reduce the risks for these users, the Apothicom laboratory has developed the Exper' pharmaceutical kit. It contains enough to perform two injections while limiting the risk of disease transmission. Indeed, in addition to the syringes, there is the necessary disinfection of the injection site to limit the infiltration of micro-organisms present on the skin. The user will also find two heating containers, distributing the heat well and intended to receive the product. Germ-free water for injection is also available to dissolve the product if necessary. Finally, a cotton filter can be attached to the end of the needle to prevent insoluble particles from reaching the syringe and a dry pad is available to compress the vein once the injection has been made.

To dispose of used needles, do not throw them in the garbage or in the street, use a suitable container, such as a mini-compact needle collector.
