Directions for use Alodont Care Bain de bouche protection et fraîcheur naturelle bio 100 ml

Use 2 times a day. Particularly effective after brushing. Adults: Pour 20 ml into a glass, rinse mouth for 1 minute, then spit out. Children over 6: Pour 10 ml into a glass, rinse mouth for 1 minute, then spit out. Do not rinse with water afterwards. Contains sodium fluoride. Do not swallow. Children over 6 able to spit out only under adult supervision.
