Its origin is so ancient that it has almost become a legend. The jealously guarded secret of its formula, which is owed to the monks of the Order of Discalced Carmelites, has been passed down from generation to generation for over 400 years. Produced exclusively in the workshops of Eau des Carmes Boyer, it has remained 100% natural, and its method of manufacture is also traditional.

Nature provides Eau de mélisse with all its strength and flavor, making it an exceptional product.
