Directions for use Monosept 0.025%, Collyre 30 unidoses
Local use IN OCULAR INSTILLATION
Instill 1 drop into the lower conjunctival cul-de-sac, pulling the lower eyelid slightly downwards and looking upwards, 3 to 4 times a day, for an average of 7 days.
Each single-dose container contains approximately 10 drops. To use the single-dose container, proceed as follows: - when first used, open the envelope containing the single-dose blister pack, - remove the blister pack from its protective envelope and detach a single dose, - to open the single-dose, vigorously rotate the flat end to break the seal, - invert the single-dose so that the contents sink towards the open end, - instill the eye drops into the eye(s) to be treated by gently squeezing the single-dose, - discard the single-dose after use.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to one of the excipients listed in the Composition section, or to other quaternary ammoniums.
Warnings and other special precautions for use
- In the event of hypersensitivity, discontinue treatment.
- Treatment should be limited to 15 days: intensive or prolonged use may cause damage to conjunctival and/or corneal epithelium. Caution should be exercised in cases of epithelial abnormalities.
- Avoid use in contact lens wearers: quaternary ammoniums can be adsorbed by hydrophilic lenses, causing local intolerance.
- In the event of concomitant treatment with an eye drop containing a different active ingredient, instillations should be spaced 15 minutes apart.
- The single-dose container should be discarded immediately after use, and should not be stored for re-use in subsequent administrations.
- Do not touch the eye with the unidose tip.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding :
Based on available data, this product may be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Effects on ability to drive and use machines :
Temporary visual discomfort may be experienced after instillation of the eye drops. In this case, it is advisable not to drive or operate machinery until vision returns to normal.
Composition Monosept 0.025%, Eye drops 30 unidoses
eye drops solution: Cethexonium bromide 0.1 mg/0.4 ml.
Excipients: Sodium chloride, Water for injection, qsp 1 single-dose container.
