Directions for use: make a first spray to start the system

- insert the nozzle into the nostril.

- administer a spray by pressing on the tip for a few seconds and let the excess solution flow out, then blow your nose.

- repeat the operation in the other nostril.

- clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and wipe.

2 to 6 sprays minimum per day in each nostril.
