Directions for Use: Biogaran Isotonic Seawater Spray 100 ml

Rinse each nostril once, 1 to 6 times a day as needed.

For your baby, start by laying them on their side, then gently insert the spray nozzle into the upper nostril before pressing the trigger. Repeat the process in the other nostril. For adults, the spray can be used while sitting or standing, with the head tilted back.
