Lysopaïne Miel Citron 36 pastilles à sucer is a medicine for children over 6 years of age and adults. It is indicated as an adjunctive local treatment for mild sore throats without fever.

Directions for use Lysopaïne Miel Citron sans sucre 36 pastilles à sucer

This medicine is taken orally. The tablets should be allowed to melt in the mouth. It is recommended to take 3 to 6 tablets a day, spreading them evenly throughout the day, with at least 2 hours between each dose.
Treatment is limited to 5 days.
If you take too much of this medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
Precautions for use of Lysopaine pastille pour la gorge Miel Citron
This medicine must not be used in children under 6 years of age.
It must not be used in the event of allergy (hypersensitivity) to its active ingredients or to any of its other components (including allergy to lysozyme or egg).
In the event of fever, purulent sputum or discomfort when swallowing food, or if symptoms worsen or persist after 5 days, consult your doctor.
This product should not be used at the same time as any other medicine containing an antiseptic.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking Lysopaine pastille pour la gorge Miel Citron.
In the event of intolerance to certain sugars or hereditary intolerance to fructose, contact your doctor before taking this medicine. It contains saccharin and sorbitol. Sorbitol is a source of fructose.
The flavors in this medicine contain sulfites. In rare cases, this may cause bronchospasm and severe hypersensitivity reactions.
Lemon flavor contains citral and d-limonene, which can trigger allergic reactions. It also contains E 320 (butylated hydroxyanisole), which may cause mucous membrane irritation.
This medicine contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per tablet, which means it is essentially "sodium-free".
