Psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis are the cause of the development of scales. The skin affected by these phenomena renews itself too quickly, which leads to the formation of flakes made up of dried out skin cells. They form dandruff, which can be embarrassing. There is also an inflammatory reaction. The skin itches, leading to a desire to scratch to soothe the irritation. The scalp thus abused requires special care.
Bioderma's Nodé K shampoo is a kerato-reducer. It contains salicylic acid, an active ingredient with keratolytic properties, i.e. it will dissolve the keratin of the skin scales. Combined with juniper hydrolate, it will eliminate dead skin patches. To alleviate itching, Bioderma has formulated its Nodé K shampoo with forskolin. This active ingredient, derived from Indian Coleus, will, together with Zanthoxylum extract, have a powerful soothing effect, and limit the desire to scratch.

Directions for use:
In period of attack: 3 shampoos per week during 3 weeks are recommended in case of itching of the scalp.
Maintenance: 1 to 2 shampoos per week are recommended in order to prolong the effectiveness over the long term.
Application: Lather Nodé K by gently massaging the scalp. Rinse and repeat the operation. During the 2nd shampoo, leave on for 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
In relay of the shampoo: Use Nodé non-detergent fluid shampoo in alternation with it.
