Ducray Kertyol PSO rebalancing treatment shampoo is recommended for localized scaly conditions in patches. It eliminates scales and soothes itching sensations linked to skin dryness. Scaly skin conditions are the result of too rapid a renewal of the epidermal cells. These cells accumulate on the surface of the skin and create patches that can be associated with redness or itching. They appear whitish and are similar to thick dandruff

Kertyol PSO Ducray shampoo acts on all these factors for a complete solution. It contains Celastrol, which acts on keratinocytes to reduce the appearance of patches, vederin, which allows patches to fall off more easily, salicylic acid, which promotes the disappearance of visible patches, and ichthynol, which slows down the acceleration of cell renewal and limits the appearance of new scaly patches.

Directions for use:

Apply a small amount of Kertyol shampoo to your damp hair, massage gently and rinse. Reapply and leave on for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

To be used 3 times a week for 4 weeks during outbreaks. Ideal for rinsing off medicated treatments that are often very sticky. Its use once a week as a maintenance treatment helps to prevent the reappearance of dry, thick patches of dandruff in the long term. Respects the hair colouring
