Directions for use Synergia D-Stress Sommeil CBD Oil 10% & Melatonin 1,9mg 10 ml

Place 10 drops under the tongue, hold for about 1 minute, then swallow. Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. Shake before use.
