Directions for use Biogaran Melatonin Flash 1.9 mg 30 tablets

1 tablet to be melted under the tongue 30 minutes before bedtime.

To counter jet lag, 1 tablet should be melted under the tongue on the day of travel, then 30 minutes before bedtime on subsequent days.
